What’s for breakfast?

Go high protein and fat for breakfast!

Kick start the metabolism with a high protein fat breakfast which is better for stabilising blood sugar levels better than a high carbohydrate breakfast. Feel fuller for longer which will help towards fat loss goals.

Why not try…

Egg and vegetable soufflé


-x2 eggs

-Handful of spinach

-Rice chex

-Cooking spray/coconut oil 


How to make it

– Combine and whisk eggs, spray a small ramekin or glass bowl with cooking spray (such as coconut oil)

-Later the crushed chex, then spinach and pour in the whisked egg mixture (any addition herbs and spices) pour over to cover and stir

-Microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes / 2.5 minutes stir once in between. Done!
