At Abi Harvey bootcamp we love lifting and laughing! My main goals at the bootcamp that I created around September last year was to bring so much fun into fitness at an affordable price so that everyone can get involved in and enjoy and gain the benefits of having a personal trainer. I wanted to create something to regain the passion in peoples fitness journeys which is often lost when training alone, new in a gym environment or struggle to take interest in exercise.
I wanted to help people regain passion for their fitness journey by creating so much diverse fun, by bringing in many fitness based games in so that people actually forgot they they were exercising!
At Abi Harvey bootcamp the classes are based indoor and outdoor, Mondays at Fridays 7pm. They are designed for any age, fitness levels and suitable and adapted to those that have health complications/ medical.
Something I really love about the bootcamps and I know my bootcampers do too, is that it has brought together so many people from various ages, fitness and backgrounds into strong community, it has become our little fitness family.
It has become a social night where instead of sitting in front of the TV on a Monday evening, the bootcampers are catching up with their fellow fitness friends, laughing, lifting and smashing goals! it’s great to see people connect through fitness!
