About ten years ago I initially took a great interest in road running. From 10k to 10 miles, even just a leisurely jog around the block. Running made me feel great! Over time it led me into taking a greater interest in my fitness which lead me into weight training in the gym. Through my own personal experience of weight training and my own experiences of having a personal trainer, it was then that I realised I wanted to learn more about health and fitness and use my passion to help others improve their health and lifestyle.
