Fab Workout this week with my personal trainer. Am maintaining my weight which is the lowest it’s been in years and still losing body fat even after my birthday week. Yey!
There are so many great things about having Abi as my personal trainer; she is very knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly, and goes out of her way to ensure that you are achieving your goals, she has a gift for motivation, which is fundamental for anyone trying to get into better shape, and i honestly could not have committed to my own goals without her constant encouragement and support.
Hi, my names Zoe an im a recovering vegetarian lol. Ive had about 5 sessions with Abi now she sorted me an awesome program and has achieved the impossible getting me trying meat again (20 year vegie stint). Working hard at the program she has set and the sensible diet my belly wobble is on the move, down by 7cm in 4.5 weeks and 2.2% body fat reduction. All good stuff hun your a star.x
Abi has been brilliant so far and covers not just the exercise element but the dietary part. She is very knowledgable and patient and for the first time in a long time I feel like I know what I am doing. Highly recommend a session with her if you are stuck, de motivated or confused about food choices and want to burn that fat!
I have toyed with the gym on and off for years but I never really stuck at it or got results. I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid a few years ago and since then I have fought a constant battle with my weight. Since training with Abi Harvey I have lost a stone and many inches and can’t believe how much fitter and more active I am. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in August 2009 and immediately joined the gym to try and get back into the exercise habit. I was very shocked to hear in January 2010 that I also had high cholesterol and decided that it was time to take even more control over my health and had my first session with Abby. I can honestly say it is the best thing I ever did in a lifetime of erratic gym membership. I feel fitter now than I did 10 years ago. Abby took into account my concerns about an old back injury when we first met and has ensured that I progress each time I see her and I have achieved more than I believed possible thanks to gentle cajoling over the last few months.
